How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of the order confirmation from Monday – Friday between 10am – 6pm.

Unless this day falls on a public holiday, where the order will be shipped out the next working day.

Can I get free delivery and returns?

Yes you can!

 We offer free standard delivery and returns for all worldwide orders above £100

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirming your order details and number, allowing you to track your order, Subsequent emails will be sent to you when your order is being processed and has been shipped. You can follow this process by using the order tracking system at the bottom of the page. Where applicable, tracking numbers will be provided by the shipping company for you to follow your orders progress.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do. If you would like a piece from a specific collection that is not on sale, use the contact form to contact us for a consultation.

Are your products made responsibly?

Yes they are! We believe that as a brand in this day and age that we have to be responsible for making sure that our items are made in the correct way and the people that are making them are paid fairly.

We have very close relationships with our factories and can assure you that both our leather accessories and clothing items are all made in respectable places. We are always looking for new ways to help the planet and make our items more sustainable.

Can I get next day delivery?

We currently are not offering next day delivery.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.
