ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order confirmation from Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm.

Unless this day falls on a public holiday, where the order will be shipped out on the next working day.

Free standard delivery for all UK orders

Free standard delivery for all worldwide orders above £150

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email confirming your purchase and another when your order is being processed. A further email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. You can follow this process by using the order tracking system at the bottom of the page. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you want a piece from the collection that is not on sale, use the contact form to contact us for a consultation.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location unless you are eligible for free delivery.

It is our aim to make sure we can ship to anywhere in the world but if for any reason we cannot ship to your country you will be notified and a full refund will be given if requested.

We offer worldwide shipping

USA – £15     orders to be shipped by DHL  

Europe – £12    orders to be shipped by DHL  

Rest of the World – £20    orders to be shipped by DHL or DPD. 

Give 3-5 working days from the shipping confirmation date

*Please note that we do not accept the responsibility of any duties and taxes incurred on your order. 

RETURNS

Your item must be in its original unused condition with all tags and packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Mail your returned item to the address on your order confirmation letter
2. Fill out the returns form attached to the confirmation letter and pack with the item.

3. Send out the package and your payment will be processed within 14 days.

4. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

EXCHANGES

If your clothing item is in the same condition as it was when shipped, you may exchange your clothing for a different size or colour but you will be liable for the shipping of the new item.
